Ariana joined Boundary Street in 2023 and focuses on the digital infrastructure sector.

Why Boundary Street?
The first thing that drew me to Boundary Street was the specialized focus on the digital infrastructure and services sectors. After 13 years of investment experience in this space, I couldn’t imagine a more dynamic environment to operate in. Once I got to know the people at Boundary Street, it became clear that we shared a strong passion for this work and a long-term interest in the sector development and in helping companies innovate in the digital world.

Describe your professional journey
After graduating from college in Romania, I moved to the United States and started my career working in equity research while doing my MBA at Purdue University. I subsequently joined the International Finance Corporation, the largest global development institution focused on investments in developing countries, where for over a decade I sourced, negotiated and closed debt, mezzanine and equity transactions in the telecom, media and technology sectors.

Education:
Purdue University, Master of Business Administration; BabeÅŸ-Bolyai University (Romania), Bachelor of Finance and Banking

What do you do in your spare time?
I dedicate most of my spare time to my family (my husband and our two children). Discovering new places is high on the agenda for us always, so we travel whenever we get the chance to. I personally also greatly enjoy the therapeutic effect of music and dancing, which I try to sneak in as often as possible.
